These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Veltrex Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Veltrex Solutions provides digital marketing, AI automation systems, websites, SEO, CRM setup, lead generation tools, AI employees, chatbot systems, voice AI, consulting, and related business automation services.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain access credentials securely
• Cooperate during onboarding and implementation
• Use services lawfully and ethically
3. PAYMENTS & BILLING
• Payments are due according to the agreed proposal or invoice
• Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled
• Late payments may result in service interruption
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While we strive to improve business performance, marketing results and lead generation outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
5. AI & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER
AI systems may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended responses. Clients are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI-generated interactions and outputs.
6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our services may rely on third-party providers including GoHighLevel, Vapi, Meta, Google, Stripe, Twilio, and other platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party systems.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All custom systems, branding, content, automations, workflows, and materials created by Veltrex Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Veltrex Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, nonpayment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared during the business relationship.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrex Solutions from claims arising from misuse of services, unlawful marketing practices, or client-provided content.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
